Researches point to agression and victimization social roles in adolescents as learned behaviour from familiar members role models, which would be one of the main predictors of the intergeneracional violence. We base our research on the Marxist perspective, which looks for the understanding of the internal laws of the phenomenon. The intergenerational violence was our starting point to the real knowledge of intrafamily violence (IV) as our study object, investigating their effects on the personality formation of adolescents. For us, the IV is determined by the social production organization of capitalist society. The family, as ideological agent, replays the structural violence in their relations, accordingly to the standards set by the hygienist medicine in the 20th century. The family, currently, is stablished as the psychic structuring locus of their members, which determines the beings’ personality formation process. The early adolescence, featured by intimate- personal communication activity, is more focused on the peer relationships, which makes it more likely to replays violence content in relationships with others. We made our investigation by the premises of the dialectical historical materialist method, implemented by the relation between singular-particular-universal worked by Lukács. We collected our data in a social assistance set on a country town located in the Minas Gerais. We did a participant observation for 3 months in two craftwork groups of teenagers, writing a field journal. 5 girls participated in our research, with ages between 11 and 15 years old. Data were collected by two semi-sctructured interview with each girl, followed by 3 focus group sessions on the adolescent groups. In the reports that came up in our investigation, the IV is directly related to the schooling, so that family-school form the main pair of ideological agents in the formation of adolescent personality. The gender violence was the most important way of identification of the exposure to IV. We consider that the violent gender relationships are the primary form of learning about submission and domination relationships in this population. On the reports, the family plays through the love-authority binomial to get personalities that trivialise and naturalise violence situations, making them vulnerable to accept the alienated labor in our society, in which the being alienates itself.

The World Health Organization (WHO, 2001) recomends the continuos evaluation of mental health services, so that we can identify aspects to be improved in order to assure service quality. This research aimed to evaluate the satisfaction and burden of professionals who work in small mental health services situated in small counties of the region of Itabira, Minas Gerais and associated factors. We interviewed 42 profissionals, using the rating scales SATIS-BR e IMPACTO-BR and a sociodemographic and ocupational questionnaire. The results showed that the professionals were between “more or less satisfied” and “satisfied” with services (global score 3,44). Subscales satisfaction scores were also between 3 e 4, indicating the same trend. Regarding the mesure of work impact, the result of global score (2,01) was close to the classification of “no burden” (1 e 2) and two of the subscales (subscale 2: impact of work on the functioning of the team and subscale 3: emotional consequence of work overload) had values between 2 and 3, indicating that the professionals were feeling between “no burden” and “moderate burden”. Specifics items results showed insatisfaction with work conditions, salary, infrastracture andsecurity. Burden was related to frustration with treatment results, the fact of working with psychiatric patients, the physical fatigue and fear of being agressed. Multiple regression analysis showed that less “duration of work” in the service was the only predictor factor for more professional burden (p = 0,00) and being psychologist or nurse was the only predictor factor for less satisfaction with service, compared to others professionals (p = 0,04). The results showed the perception of the professionals regarding the service, indicated variables to be acounted for in order to improve service quality and pointed to the importance of evaluating mental health services in small counties in order to have a better compreensive picture of the impact of services to these professionals.

The present study aimed to analyze and produce interventions that enhance the deconstruction of racism in a public school, understanding race as a social, cultural and political construct that crosses social institutions and acquires materiality by favoring or hindering access, opportunities and places. This notion of race is produced and permeates the field of Brazilian schools, since racism, being structural, systemic and institutional, operates in the concrete lives of professionals, students and their families, but also the educational spaces are a power to engender transformations beyond complaints. Thus, an intervention research was developed, which seeks to question and transform collective institutional practices, in a municipal public school in the interior of Minas Gerais, through participant observation, records in field diaries and discussion groups, in the first semester of 2019. The information produced was discussed using analyzers and the dimension of social practice that makes up Critical Discourse Analysis. This process in the field made it possible to understand contextual and relational aspects experienced in daily life and the construction of bonds with the school community, based on an implied, reflective and non- neutral position of the researcher. Three groups were formed: 12 participants of the teaching and management team, in a total of 12 meetings; four participants from the school support services team, four meetings were held and 12 participants from the group of 4th year student children, in a total of eight meetings. The analyzes showed that the movements to deconstruct racism were constituted in different ways, developing in the sense of affirming their impacts and nuances in the relationships, invention of coping potentialities and changes in the conceptions that guide social and school practices. The racial diversity present among the actors made it possible to reflect on and problematize whiteness as a place considered a universal model of humanity, so that white participants were also invited to be involved in the discussions, when they recognized themselves as racialized. Affirming the centrality of race relations is necessary to promote work that moves towards the deconstruction of stereotyped conceptions and the valorization of the diversity of bodies, colors and races, linked to the other markers of gender, class, age and territory of the social subjects that they daily produce their practices and reinvent themselves in the spaces of Brazilian schools.

The people with hearing loss, nowadays, represents around 5% of the world's population and are the favorites for occupying the reserved jobs by the law of quotas because, according to managers, it is needed less adaptation in the work environment and they have a bigger social adaptation (Suzano 2011). However, international researches are showing that they are being confronted with several problems, facing accessibility constraints like communication, prejudice, and stigmatization (Tye_Murray, Spry e Mauzé, 2009). This research has, as the principal goal, identify what are these difficulties in Brazilians workers with hearing loss and what are the ultimate strategies of those people for their inclusion in labor activity. In this scenario, the investigation intended to analyze the organization support received for these people to minimize the impacts of there hearing loss. In this research was interviewed 12 people with hearing loss of degree mild to moderately severe, ages between 21 and 54. This sample is composed of seven women and five men, all of them with bilateral hearing loss including causes sensorineural, conductive and mixed. Nine of the twelve participants use hearing aids. To collect the data was used semi-structured interviews and for analysis, the thematic-categorical, proposed by Bandin (2016). The interviews showed that the main difficulties of those people, in the work environment, are in the communication field and the attitudinal one. Regarding social barriers, it was possible to verify that they have difficulties with group conversations, meetings with many people, and they also complain about the intonation voice of the coworkers when it is lower, faster or whispered. In attitudinal barriers, it was possible to see that, people with hearing loss are often the target of games and discrimination, because of their difficulty in understanding speech and for the use of hearing aids. Therefore, these people tend to develop strategies to understand the message or to feel inserted in the situation, however, they tend to give up or isolate themselves when the difficulty remains. The difficulty of listening in certain situations and the lack of accessibility in the work environment creates constraints, marginalization, and disqualification for these people. In the organizational support subject, only three respondents reported receiving this kind of assistance. However, they need adaptations in equipment and a favorable and patient environment, which understands their difficulties and helps them in the barriers which they face.

The entrance to Higher Education is accompanied by several challenges for students, in their difficulties of adaptation, in the changes in their relationships, in the distance from their place of origin, in the breaking of expectations and insufficient support networks, generating unease and an unhealthy lifestyle. Therefore, the mental health of university students, considered from an expanded perspective, may be compromised by the symptoms of psychic suffering resulting from difficulties experienced in the academic environment and psychosocial damage common to this period. In turn, students of Psychology, besides being subject to such risks, are frequently in contact with human suffering in its most varied forms, be it in the subjects studied or in practical experiences. The problems arising from its relationship with the course, the high workloads and the instabilities of the field are still little reported in the literature and in institutional dialogues. The concept of Common Mental Disorders (CMDs) was used to understand the psychic suffering in the public in question. It was sought to understand the psychic suffering of the Psychology student at a public university in the interior of the state of Minas Gerais, in Brazil. To this end, a case study was used in a multi-methodological ap- proach using the focal group, the SRQ-20 and a sociodemographic questionnaire as instru- ments. Three focus groups were carried out, each with the participation of students from dif- ferent moments of the course: beginning, middle and end. From the collected data, the results were listed thematic axes, which indicate the occurrence of CMTs in the studied population. Psychosocial losses were demonstrated as a source of psychic suffering, mainly in its relation with the Psychology course, becoming more harmful in face of the insufficient institutional support described by the participants. The results meet the studies on CMTs in health students and express the need to formulate specific policies of attention to the Psychology student, focused on pedagogical support strategies, welcoming actions, practices aimed at promoting health and reducing risk factors to this public.

Soccer fans’ aggression results in serious consequences for individuals and society, causing many deaths and injuries to followers of the sport. Studies on this topic are increasing, but it is observed that researchers seek explanations for this phenomenon mainly in extrinsic variables. However, it is known that intrinsic/personal characteristics, such as personality, can also predictstheaggressive behavior. The main objective of this thesiswas to contribute with knowledgeabout the relationship between personality and aggressiveness in soccer fans. For this, two studies were carried out: the first is a systematic review and the second is an empiricalstudy. The systematic literature review was performed using items from the PRISMA checklistto verify studies that investigated the relationship between these variables. Searches of studies published in the past 30 years were made in the indexes BVS, LILACS, PePSIC, PsycINFO, SciELO, Science Direct (Elsevier), Scopus and Web ofScience, using relevant descriptors associated with the thematic. After adopting inclusion and exclusion criteria, threestudies remained. The results of the studies indicated that there are relationships between personality traits and physical and verbalfans’ aggression. However, there was a lack of studies on the subject, in addition to very different methodologies between studies. In addition, some limitations were found, specially related tomethodology, sample and instruments used. Consideringresults of the systematic review, a new empirical study was justified to investigate the relationship between personality and aggression (Study 2). Study sample included 210 soccer fans, 105 belonging to organized fans (TO) and 105 not belonging (TnO). The average age for TO group was 26.8 years (SD = 7.9) and for TnO group was 26.6 (SD = 7.8). Study years average was 16.3 years (SD = 3.3) for TO group and 16.2 years (SD = 2.8) for TnO group. There were no significant differences between groups relating to sex, age and years of study variables. The aim was to mitigate and / or remedy the failures of previous studies.Instruments used in data collection included: (1) Sociodemographic and occupational questionnaire, (2) Soccerfans' habits and conduct questionnaire, (3) Soccer Fans' Fanaticism Scale; (4) Buss and Perry Aggression Questionnaire, and (5) Revised NEO Personality Inventory. In previous studies, fanaticism has shown links to aggressive behavior. Based on this assumption, itwas evaluated andassociatedto aggressiveness, tryingto understand itsrole in fans’ behavior. The main result showed that personality traits were predictors of aggression, especially when fanaticism acted as a mediator of this relationship. Results indicate that when mediated by fanaticism, high scores for Neuroticism (ß = 0.324;p= .000) and Extraversion (ß = 0.197;p= .001) and low scores for Openness (ß = -0.151;p= .031) and Agreeableness (ß = -0.218;p= .004) increased the predictive power of personality factors on fans’ aggressiveness. In addition, the aggressiveness showed correlations with soccer fans’ characteristics, habits and behavior. It was concludedabout the importance of fanaticism and individual personality differences in the understanding of aggressiveness in the context of soccer fans, and these variables should be considered in research and in practice.

Youth protagonism / participation has been presented as a way to bring young people into action in different contexts, including in Education. Based on an emancipatory and critical perspective of human development, which defends school practices that allow a democratic education, this study aims to identify and analyze how dimensions that collaborate or not for the development of protagonist / participatory pedagogical practices. It is an action research, carried out with teenagers and part of the professional team of the state public school of Minas Gerais. As instruments, they were used for participant observation, focus group, emancipatory workshop and field diary, and the data used were organized around meaning cores and discussed based on Pêucheux's Discourse Analysis. The results include: a description of the conditions in which (the) school actors coexist; an understanding of the perceptions of students and the school team about adolescence, youth protagonism / participation and the role of the school in this process; the identification of pedagogical practices aimed at the participation of adolescents; the difficulties and potentialities found in the process of mobilizing research participants to carry out protagonist / participatory pedagogical practices; and a description of the school psychologist's possibilities of action to assist in the development of this type of practices. Six dimensions were listed that collaborate or not for the development of these pedagogical practices: bureaucratic, school management, material and financial, socio-cultural, organization of school and didactic- pedagogical work. These dimensions can introduce yourself, according institutional arrangements, as difficulties and / or potentialities, but in this investigation they ended up presenting themselves as difficulties, which need changes to become potentialities in the context of the researched school. They can also contribute to analyzes of the complex web of school processes, raising awareness among actors and strengthening the intention to reinvent the school and resist alienating and undemocratic reproductions. For this, interdisciplinary, multiprofessional and networked work can enhance as actions, being the psychologist a partner in the search for emancipatory education.

The present investigation seeks to understand how the modes of subjectification of black women who serve prison sentences occur within a prison institution that adopts the APAC Method (Association of Protection and Assistance to Convicts) of criminal execution. The choice of black women as the main theme of this study was made through the observation that black women prisoners are at a disadvantage due to a slave society, which still maintains the segregation of economic, political and economic opportunities. educational. For that, three procedures present in the qualitative research were used, namely: participant observation with psychosocial intervention, daily conversations supported by Spink's theoretical- methodological approach and semi-structured interviews with prisoners who declared themselves black. The analysis of the data produced was carried out in the light of constructionist social psychology, based on an approach based on Spink's discursive practices. The processes that go through the relationships established within a prison unit were analyzed from the theoretical methodological production of Michel Foucault and Erving Goffman. For a better understanding of the reality of black women, we used the contributions of Ângela Davis, Sueli Carneiro, Juliana Borges and other black intellectuals. The research results demonstrate that the Apaquean discourse reproduces and legitimizes the discrimination of gender, race and class, which limits black women to the lowest level of the domination / exploitation system. In view of the data, we highlight the need to promote reflection on APACs, so that the APAC Method is strengthened as promoters of ethnic-racial and gender equity. Based on this research, we hope to contribute to the strengthening of the APAC method as promoters of a culture of respect for the human rights of prisoners. We hope that this research will encourage new studies on the issue of female prison, especially in Apaquean units, which are still little known and studied.

This dissertation is the result of research on the development of the active imagination method by C. G. Jung and how it has been applied since then. C. G. Jung‟s developed an active imagination from his own experiences within a careful study in which he dedicated himself for many years. He found that due to the compensatory and self-healing capacities of the unconscious it can spontaneously produce symbols. And, in order to try to restore the psych balance it‟s necessary the ego to be in a condition where it‟s able to establish communication with the symbols to facilitate the transcendent function. This process can occur naturally, but it can also be facilitated by active imagination. It‟s a method where images are allowed to flow spontaneously, personification is created to them on the form of drawing, writing, dancing, etc., facilitating awareness of the original image. From this awareness, the sense of the image is brought into the daily reality. It‟s not just a matter of experiencing fantasies but integrating them and making them a bridge between the internal world and the external world. The practice is through amplification, which is the basis of the synthetic constructive method. The use of it‟s mainly indicated to people on advanced analysis levels, it relies on strengthened ego to deal with the intensity of the outcome of the unconscious. As seen in found results, active imagination has been having various applications, however, it has been found that some of them have departed significantly from its original state.

This work aims to understand the relationship between the Ifá oracle and the principle of synchronism in the work of C. G. Jung, promoting a communication of the African tradition, so present in the formation of the Brazilian imagination, with analytical psychology. As Ifá, the literary body of the Iorubá tradition, prioritizing the contribution of this knowledge to Psychology, that is, to the health of contemporary man and even to the current society, we will present the knowledge of this ancient oracle and its relations with the principle of synchronicity, this being a numinous phenomenon. The Iorubá tradition is an ethnic group forcibly immigrated to Brazil that had a great participation in the formation of the Brazilian imagination, which explains its importance. The research method needs to be a facilitator for the researcher and for the research, enabling ways for it to develop. We took as a choice the bibliographic documentary method, prioritizing authors with experience in African religions contributing with an “inside” look. It was decided to start from hermeneutics as a perspective for understanding the concepts and theories involved.

Therapeutic Accompaniment (TA) emerges in the 1970s in Argentina as a possibility to provide a new place for the occupation of madness. The work, which is mainly distinguished by the mobile setting, is the result of the Psychiatric Reform that questions the place given to madness. The brazilian reformist process has been advancing, but even so, there is criticism, in the field of psychoanalysis, pointing out it separates what is clinical and what is political, in other words, between what is subjective and what is social when related to madness. We believe psychoanalysis has a commitment to its time issues and needs to pay attention to the social phenomena that surrounds it. Therefore, in order to make the interaction between psychoanalysis and therapeutic accompaniment we propose the applied psychoanalysis method, which seeks to work with these phenomena that are beyond the traditional setting. This phenomenon studied here, the TA, is not necessarily clinical. The several ways of approaching it, sometimes, do not even bring this element as a theoretical discussion point. However, in this work, we defend the TA as a clinical apparatus, guided by the psychoanalytic clinic of psychoses, in order to overcome this existing barrier in the reformist process which separates the social from the subjetive and, consequently, ends up producing chronification. TA that allows the questioning of inclusion while adapting to the social norm cannot be done, in the perspective defended here, without taking into account the means of insertion of the individual in the field of language and the peculiar way in which he deals with his universe of signifiers. From there, we move towards a conclusion that starts from a proposal of enoding between TA, Psychiatric Reform and psychosis clinic. We discuss the possible ways of tying and production of a psychosis social bond during TA, in its subjective and social dimension, while companion and accompanied move around the city, taking the foreclosure as a possibility of inclusion that really makes sense to the subject.

Life design is a world-wide paradigm used on interventions in life trajectory, including career design, which can be measured by maturity. The main goal of this dissertation was to contribute to the knowledge about the vocational guidance applied in this paradigm for high school students. Two studies were carried out: the first is a systematic review and the second is empirical. A systematic review of the literature was performed using the PRISMA method, to verify studies that investigated vocational guidance based on the life project of high school students. Searches of studies published in the last 15 years were made using PsycINFO, SAGE, SciELO, Science Direct, Scopus and Web of Science indexes, with descriptors known in the subject. After the adoption of an inclusion and exclusion criteria, four studies remained in the study. The results of the studies indicate that the career interventions used were effective. However, there was a small number of studies on the subject with the target population in question. In addition, some limitations were found, the main ones being the main samples and lack of comparative and descriptive data. In view of the results of the systematic review, a new empirical study was justified to investigate the effects of interventions based on the life design in high school students, containing descriptive and comparative data (Study 2). The sample included students of both sexes from public and private schools, who did the intervention in two modalities and two different semesters. The results indicate that the intervention model used can be correlated with increasing maturity for professional choice. It is suggested that future research to contemplate all grades of high school and integrate quantitative and qualitative analyzes.

Magno-Silva, Welligton (2020). Prejudice and violence against gay university men: analysis of processes of hierarchy and social inferiority. Master's thesis, Graduate Program in Psychology PPGPSI / UFSJ, Department of Psychology, Federal University of São João del-Rei. São João del-Rei, Minas Gerais.
This dissertation aimed to understand how prejudice, as a mechanism for maintaining power relations and social hierarchy, operates in the context of the University, in the face of the reality of non-heterosexual students. This study is inscribed in the type of methodology called participatory and claiming, taking into account their commitment to a political agenda that seeks to transform the social reality of historically vulnerable people, so that the results of the study no longer produce suffering and exclusion. In addition, this perspective places specific aspects of social issues at the heart of its analysis, such as inequality, oppression, power relations, domination, etc. The present study was carried out on three campuses at a federal university in the interior of Minas Gerais. Seven students regularly enrolled in different undergraduate courses at this university participated in the research. To achieve the proposed objective, in an attempt to move beyond the limits of the discursive production of prejudice that naturalizes daily violence against non- heterosexuals, producing subordinate forms of existence, it was decided to listen to students who declared themselves to be gay men. Therefore, in a first stage, narrative interviews were carried out, considered as a form of unstructured and in-depth interview in which the researcher encourages his research subjects to tell stories about some important event in his life and the social context. In the second stage, a focus group was established with the participants. In addition to a methodological resource complementary to the narratives, this tool is seen as a potent political strategy to confront heteronormative systems, considering the human capacity to form critical opinions from the interaction with other individuals. Discourse analysis was used for the interpretation of the data produced, used in feminist perspectives, based on Foucauldian contributions. In this sense, our interpretations took into account the assumptions of intersectionality, reflexivity and situationality for the understanding of the phenomenon in question, placing power relations at the heart of our analyzes. We can see, from listening to gay university men, that there are aspects in common to the experiences of prejudice in their trajectories. Therefore, prior to access to the University, social instances, such as family, educational and religious environments, which should assume the role in the protection and individual and collective well-being of subjects in their subjectivation process, inscribed in the heteronormative logic, assume the role of reproducers of the mechanisms for hiding gay experiences. Upon entering an undergraduate course, these students continue to face the dynamics of prejudice through the “closet” of the University, either by explicit violence or by institutional omission and silencing in relation to the situations of prejudice that concern them. In addition, the way each subject experiences prejudice, to a greater or lesser degree, will be influenced by the area of knowledge and the location of the course at the University. Far from polarizing the debate between reproduction and social change, we demonstrate how this institution, instead of producing exclusion, can take a leading role in transforming the social reality of non-heterosexuals through the problematization of the heteronormative logic itself.

This research proposes a discussion on the research theme “judicialization of health”. Under the premise that public policies act in health promotion, prevention of the occurrence of injuries and recovery of patients, the importance of Psychology in the scope of the health system deserves to be highlighted. This is because, we start from the assumption, that one should not stick only to the right that the subject is entitled to the detriment of his own being, his emotions, the representation that he makes of his illness and the possibility of cure, or improvements in well-being. be that lead you to have, in fact, quality of life. Not only the disease should be considered, but the subject's existence and suffering to achieve comprehensive care, more precisely aimed at the diabetic. The disease and its consequences are responsible for two thirds of the disease burden in the world, Brazil is in the 4th place in the ranking of countries with the highest number of people with the disease. Thus, this research aims to understand the psychosocial implications of the process of judicialization of health for the identity of people with diabetes and how the acquisition of supplies and medicines for the treatment of diabetes, through justice, can contribute to the person's psychosocial inclusion process with diabetes. Also, comparatively analyzing processes of psychosocial inclusion of people contemplated and not contemplated by the lawsuit, and, finally, understanding how belonging to groups of diabetics (physical or virtual) contributes to the group identity of people with diabetes and to the defense of needs and rights diabetics. It was proposed to conduct this study with the people who went to court, the so-called judicialized subjects. Considering that the São João del-Rei DPA is a space where such subjects are or should be found, we sought to carry out the research with the subjects who experience judicialization. The Association is a reference place for diabetics in the city. It is marked by several collective social actions. With regard to the methodological strategies used for the production of the data, semi-structured interviews were carried out with the judicialized subjects, participant observation during the meetings held in the APD and the field diary. The results produced were grouped into thematic categories and subcategories of analysis, which made it possible to verify that the subjects' involvement with the issue of judicialization made it possible for them to experience a process of producing a new identity. What happened not only in the sense of leaving the condition of subject to subject, but, above all, from character-without-assistance to character-subject-judicialized. This when it comes to gain, because as for the implications of denying requests, these produced the figure of the dying character. As for belonging to groups, virtual or physical, it was found that the subjects took them as a reference for their conceptions of life and for the definition of their own identity. The experience of one when being shared with the other makes the subject move in search of the best conditions to have quality of life.

Title: Educational social skills of parents of children with autism spectrum disorder:
literature review and empirical study.
Children with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) have consistent deficits in social skills, becoming a priority group for studies and interventions in this area. In general, parents' educational social skills (ESS) constitute a repertoire empirically associated with their children's social skills. However, there is a lack of studies on the specific relationship between ESS of parents and HS of children with autism. The present work was divided into two studies. Study I consisted of reviewing the existing literature on SES of parents of children with ASD, describing articles that characterized this repertoire and performing a correspondence analysis, by a pair of judges, between studied parental behaviors and the Educational Social Skills System (ESSS) by Del Prette and Del Prette (2008). The search was performed using the LILACS, Scielo, PubMED, ScienceDirect and PsycoINFO indexers, to check the existing literature with the combination of selected descriptors. The absence of published articles was evidenced using the terminology as defined by the authors of the SESS. However, through the use of other concepts, parental behaviors studied in the English language articles corresponding to those in the ESSS were identified. It became evident that the ESS classes of monitoring positively and transmitting content of social skills were the most frequently addressed. Study II characterized the ESS repertoire of parents/caregivers of 62 children with ASD in the Campos das Vertentes micro-region and the associated sociodemographic and clinical variables. In addition, the correlation and the degree of prediction between the SES of the main caregivers and the social skills of their children were investigated. For this purpose, IHSE and SSRS instruments were used. The characterization of the parental and children's repertoire showed a performance below the normative sample of the instruments. Parents' ESS were positively correlated with children's social skills, with ASD. The establishment of limits and the induction of discipline, for example, were related to children's responsibility, affectivity/cooperation, civility and social resourcefulness. The ability to converse/dialogue was a strong predictor of children's social skills, suggesting that dialogue can take on important roles within parenting, whether instruction, model or modeling child behavior.

Santos Júnior, A.M. (2020). Education, gender and sexuality: knowledges and strategies of (re)produce in the daily life of school. Dissertação de mestrado, Programa de Pós Graduação em Psicologia, Universidade Federal de São João del-Rei, São João del-Rei.
How you (un)do the gender and sexuality in the daily life of school education? This question, and some teaching experiences led me to question and try to verify how gender and sexuality (re)produce in the daily life of/in school education. From my teaching experience, we verified, through a participant observation research, based on an ethnography of school scenes, what strategies of (re)production of gender and sexuality norms, as well as what strategies are used or usable to resist these norms. From the production of a field diary, I was able to list five acts, which bring in themselves these strategies, being: first act: "playing one can say everything, even the truth", where scenes of "common" jokes take place of the school's daily life. Jokes that a priori do not seem too much, but that behind them, hide, if (re)produce norms of gender and norms about (good) sexuality. Second act: "your whisper to ask to ‘fuck’", scenes that bring in themselves, issues related to sexual practices, their forms, possibility and also curiosities and doubts. Third act: "how do you can love what you don't know?", scenes that deal with prejudice, common in the daily life of schools, little or nothing problematized, and that collaborates in maintaining norms and values. Fourth act: "give us this day our daily ‘machismo’", scenes where ‘machismo’ imposes itself, either directly against women, either internally, but always as a mechanism (prejudiced) to reiterate gender violence. And finally, the fifth act: "resist, because we exist", which brings a scene, which involves the question of the social name of a trans student. All these scenes, led us to problematize the school, reinforcing the idea that the school is a space and a heteronormative (and violent) institution, and that this heteronormativity reproduces in everyday life in school, without many problematizations and with few (possibilities) of resistance. The scenes also reveal and reinforce the weaknesses of these norms, as well as the possibilities of (continuing) resisting them, producing a pedagogy of recognition, and producing a school that is, in fact, local and space of (mis)matching, place and space of free-action, a space where they fit ‘all’(any gender), and that collaborates, from this remarkable characteristic, in the construction of an increasingly full and strong democracy. In addition, we also discuss some issues regarding (im)possible collaborations of Psychology in the field of education, and especially at school education, questioning if in the field and in the daily space of education, and especially school education, Psychology will remain normative or will be able to advance in debates and in the production of other theories and practices.

Castro, E. A. (2020). The vicissitudes of desire and guilt represented by the trajectory of the character Raskólnicov, of Dostoiévski. Master’s Dissertation, Postgraduate Program in Psychology, Federal University of São João del-Rei, São João del-Rei/MG.
The link between psychoanalysis, mythology and literature goes back to the beginning of psychoanalytic theory, given the fruitful interest of its creator, Freud, in the most diverse artistic and cultural manifestations of humanity. Having these as representatives of a knowledge that anticipates what is pursued by psychoanalysis, that is, a knowledge about the unconscious. Such expressions appear in a large quantity in Freudian texts, helping in the exemplification or even in the explanation of the main concepts, as is the case of the Oedipus complex, narcissism, dream interpretation and many others. Likewise, Freud's widespread interest in artistic creation and the importance of fantasy and sublimation as fundamental elements for the subject's subjective constitution, as well as for the construction of a healthy and socially endorsed way of functioning of the subjects stand out amidst the demands of drive restraint, marked by social impositions, that at all times demand certain behaviors from subjects, considered as acceptable, and recriminate or punish other attitudes, understood as unacceptable. In addition, in these conceptions, the possibility of a way to deal with anguish is seen. The present research was redirected from the premise of the questions regarding this need to obtain drive satisfaction, based on the fact that desires encounter social barriers to become effective, since they are permeated by vehemently prohibited activities such as incest and parricide. Traveling the tortuous paths of desire, we analyze the close relationship between desire and guilt. Since these concepts are directly intertwined with other fundamental psychoanalytical notions, we seek desire from dreams, the unconscious and the drive. In the transition between desire and guilt, we analyzed the Oedipus complex and the formation of the superego as an indispensable psychic instance for the investigation regarding the feeling of guilt. This was identified as a topic of utmost importance for psychoanalytic theory, with several references to this feeling found throughout Freud's theory. However, we located our research between 1894 and 1930, demonstrating a theoretical evolution on the subject. Finally, following the model so often applied by Freud, we searched the literature for a model that seems significant to us to explore the researched concepts, the work Crime and Punishment by the Russian writer Fiódor Dostoiévski (1866/2001). The choice of this work met both a particular interest in the referred novelist as well as a cut in modern literature, having this writer as one of the most acclaimed novelists capable of capturing human suffering and his experience in the face of irremediable malaise. In this way, Raskólnikov brings us to the expressions of psychic suffering in the face of the failure to achieve satisfaction and achieve some success in trying to evade the feeling of guilt. Our analysis pointed us to the construction regarding the young character's family novel and the recurring demand that the symbolic law assures him recognition as guilty. Finally, moving forward in the identification of appropriate mechanisms to deal with malaise, we find in Lacan, with his savoir y faire, a concept that seemed to us to be indispensable for the mooring erected by the character, which seems to achieve some satisfaction by being recognized as criminal. With this, it is suggested that the character soothes his purging trajectory, being able, from then on, to erect a new construction of life, a know-how with suffering, which includes even loving and being loved.

The present dissertation is a theoretical investigation based on psychoanalysis, especially in Freud's texts, and this study intends to relate female masochism with female sexuality in conjunction with fantasy. To that end, it uses literature as a methodological resource to discuss the hypothesis that a possible feminine trait of fantasy proposes itself as a singular activity, a passion, functioning as an artifice of Eros to capture the fantasy universe of the other beloved. All of this even circumscribed in the dynamics of female masochism. To this end, two fields of knowledge were explored, psychoanalysis and literature. The first was based on a rescue of Freudian theories on female sexuality, feminine, fantasy and female masochism that made it possible to locate elements of metapsychology for an erotic feminine. In these terms, this work emphasizes that Freud deals with the topical aspect by showing that female sexuality is surrounded by the fantasy that constitutes itself as the nucleus of psychic reality. From a dynamic point of view, we present how incestuous love needs to be repressed in the girl and how the feeling of guilt arises as a result of this unconscious-conscious transit. The economic factor was also highlighted from the presentation of the positions (passivity-activity) that the female assumes in relation to the object of desire that will be synthesized in terms of the hypothesis of this investigation. On the other hand, the literary bias made it possible to advance theoretically in Freud's formulations on the feminine, to the point where the feminine erotic act was perceived through two singular responses, one by the writer Anne Cécile Desclos and the other by the character “O”. Thus, we read in the passivity of both erotic productions that seek creative solutions for the passion of the feminine. Thus, the research allowed us to conclude that female masochism can be thought of as a device by Eros, both to capture male fantasy and to become a woman, since behind the passive position, there is considerable activity on the part of the woman .

The purpose of this master thesis was to identify successful teachers actions that, somehow, contributed to people with functional diversity starting college. The research aimed to investigate and understand pedagogical practices and/or attitudes of educators that were crucial for people with functional diversity, in regard of their inclusion, learning and development from primary to tertiary education level. We carried out semi-structured interviews with eight people with functional differences and six teachers. The teachers we interviewed were nominated by people with functional differences as references of inclusion. In order to analyze the results, we used the Content Analysis. The categories of analysis verified were: Teacher Attitudes and Strategies, Family Support and Extra-Class Activities. We identified that interpersonal relationships between students and teachers have specific characteristics that favored the inclusion. There is an affective belief on the part of the teacher, directed at the student, which is substantial in this process, making these students feel capable of learning and going to the tertiary education level. In addition, when the teachers attention is directed to the student potential, their actions and strategies lead to the student development in a significant way. This researched showed that inclusion is a process to be built in the class room, and the student with functional difference is one of the main allies for the educator to produce methods and strategies. Furthermore, the identified actions in the teacher's performance are primarily focused on student learning, reflecting positively on their results, and consequently, confirming the teacher's emotional belief, besides to reflecting on the person's own self-perception of people with functional difference. Finally, the presence of the family and extra-class activities were variables that contributed to this process.

The research presented here is the result of challenges and impasses that emerged in the work of listening to children and teenagers that live in an institutional home, removed from family life for being exposed to situations of physical and psychic helplessness, violence, negligence, and other forms of rights violations. We use psychoanalytic theory as the theoretical framework that guides the listening of children and teenagers. Psychoanalysis, in its institutional insertion, proposes a listening of the subject of the unconscious, which manifests itself under transference; in return, the institution is concerned with the subject of rights in its condition as a citizen. Taking this tension into account, we refer to the concepts of subject and transference as conceptual premises to think about psychoanalytic listening and about the analyst’s insertion and contribution in the institution. Departing from these considerations, the question that guides us is how transference can contribute to the establishment of a listening that will allow the elaboration of the vulnerability situation of these subjects. That way, the work of listening under transference is present in this research as a possibility of operating on the singular in the interior of the universal of the institution. Therefore, the Individual Care Plan (PIA), an important tool proposed in the technical guidance for children and teenagers shelter services, can be used by psychoanalysts that eventually work there, starting from listening under transference. As the research method, we use bibliographic review associated with applied psychoanalysis and we turn to the fragments of memory of lived situations in the institutional daily life. We concluded that there is a place of listening under transference to be taken into consideration in the institution; there is also a psychoanalyst expertise, departing from that listening, that allows something to be transformed, allowing the PIA, upon being accomplished under transference, to be a tool that values the emergence of the singularities of the sheltered.

The discussion about drugs, their usage and consequences, have been issue of hot debates in the last decades, becoming fundamental to understand crucial aspects that permeate our current society. Drug Addiction have been considered ordinarily a serious trouble in health as well as security, passing through moral, religious, economic questions. Exposed this, some manners of treatment have been worked: hospitalizations in psychiatric institutions, therapy communities, mutual help groups, psychological and medical treatment and, more recently, Damage Reduction Strategies. Damage Reduction Strategies have the object of reducing the damages coming from drug abuse and supply better life quality of drug users even not interrupting consumption. Thereby, this research arises with the purpose of investigating the possible linkages between harm reduction strategies and psychoanalysis, taking into account the current political context, in which the different advances achieved in the care of drug addicts, especially with the practices of harm reduction has been suppressed by a prohibitionist policy aimed only at the subject's abstinence, in addition to the profound dismantling of mental health policies in the country, such as the loss of resources and the prioritization of other strategies. Therefore, it is discussed the formation of prohibitionist paradigm in relation to drugs, whose conceptions set the manners in which the treatments and laws are constituted according to historical facts around their consumption. The Psychiatric Reform is introduced for its relevance to produce changes in the way of considering a mental disease, including alcohol and other drug users that suffered along the history many several types of bad treatments, have been submitted inhuman conditions of survival. Moreover, new perspectives placed by Psychiatric Reform enabled ideas, such as Damage Reduction, that could be thought and used in the country. After this, it was discussed Damage Reduction Strategies according to its outbreak, its conceptions and possibilities to care and attention of individuals who use alcohol and other drugs. Toxicomanie was understood according to psychoanalysis theory, therefore, it was considered discussions about psychoanalysis diagnosis and the discussion about three main concepts: symptom, repetition compulsion and libido, it was abstracted important considerations about the theme. In conclusion, it was introduced possible articulations between Psychoanalysis and Damage Reductions, their approaches and divergences and what measures could add to drug addicts care based on a first approach associated to drugs abstinence.

The present thesis investigates the practice of medicalization as well as the effects of current discourses on the production of symptoms in contemporary times. It aims at questioning whether medicalization is a discursive production or whether it operates on behalf of a specific apparatus. For this, a qualitative bibliographical research was carried out, combined with cartography as a multicomponent method. The research was based on the following keys: subject of the clinic and medication as a social object; subject and gadgets in the consumer society; what a medication is; standardized diagnostics; health as an object of consumption; capitalist discourse, apparatus and performance. The conclusion is that the practice of medicalization operates in favor of capitalist discourse. It is a theme that needs further study, as it directly reflects on new forms of presenting symptoms and how the subject positions himself in relation to that discursive production. This research is not intended to present a definitive response to the theme, but rather contribute with possibilities of insights so that new studies may come.
