Organizational factors that influence the inclusion of people with functional differences at work

Considering the difficulties for the inclusion of people with functional differences (disabilities) at work, this research aims to identify organizational factors (working conditions, organizational culture and work design) that contribute to people with disabilities feeling included in the work. The research design will consist of carrying out a cross-sectional survey with people with disabilities who work in the formal labor market. Descriptive statistical analyzes and inferences will be performed.
