This project aims to analyze and understand the impact of the Covid 19 pandemic on the mental health of primary care nurses/managers in the municipality of São João Del Rei/MG, seeking to identify and characterize the impacts of work, understand the aspects of organization of management and care work, the individual and collective strategies adopted by nurses/managers to deal with the pandemic and what legacy the process of coping with Covid-19 brought to these professionals.
