SUMMARY:

This research seeks to analyze my praxis as a teacher after the process of simultaneous digital literacy between myself and the students, taking into account the cultural background, the study and the theoretical and practical foundation obtained before and during the master's degree, with a view to assessing skills or literacies developed in activities that used the Instagram Social Network in science classes. The activities were carried out in a confessional private school, involving elementary school students and reveal an extensive and rich set of data for the intended analysis, in the expectation of identifying which digital literacies were developed in the actions. For this study, the theoretical and methodological basis was based on the book Digital Literacies by Gavin Dudeney, Nicky Hockly and Mark Pegrum. The work goes beyond theoretical problematization and defines a set of practices that can be executed in order to develop digital literacies significantly in the classroom and simultaneously outside of it. The activities that were carried out with elementary school students will therefore be analyzed from the point of view established by the authors, seeking to identify the focuses of the literacies that were reached and suggest modifications and improvements for the development of more digital literacies in the same activity. Such a process will serve as a basis for the analysis of the potential of the social network Instagram as a tool for the development of digital literacies in formal education. The data will be presented in the following report, and it is worth discussing the analysis methodologies.
