SUMMARY:

This research proposes to map training processes of Physical Education teachers in two programs to encourage teacher training, the Institutional Scholarship Program Introduction to Teaching (PIBID) and the Pedagogical Residency Program (RP). The investigation is being conducted with 08 (eight) students of the degree course in Physical Education or Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of the Southeast of Minas Gerais (IF Sudeste MG) - Barbacena campus, who necessarily participated in the two programs, among years 2018-2021 One of the main theoretical-methodological references adopted in the research is the Actor-Network Theory (ANT) proposed by Bruno Latour and collaborators. for collection and production of data, an investigation was initially carried out in official documents (such as government notices) that support the proposals for both programs. Then, we did a bibliographic review in the field of Physical Education in studies that took PIBID and RP as study objects. Our perspective is also to identify the existence of these programs through the traces produced in different places of the field of teacher training. In addition, semi-structured interviews were conducted with the eight students who participated in both programs, in which we sought to identify the human and non-human actors who were present and affected the formation of these graduates. Our results so far indicate that: i) it is possible to state that there is a significant public investment in terms of promoting teacher training in our country, evidenced by PIBID and PR programs; ii) the field of Physical Education presents a interest in investigating the training of these professionals in these programs, iii) however, studies are observed that make a relationship between the training that took place between these two programs, even more so from an ART perspective. As well as the testimonials of the graduates point to elements of continuity and discontinuity between both programs that need to be still be further explored in our analyses.
