ACTIVE METHODOLOGIES: A PROPOSAL FOR TEACHING SIMILARITY OF TRIANGLES
Active methodologies. Collaboration. Similarity of triangles.
The present work presents some considerations about the active methodologies and their modalities, in the teaching of Mathematics in the final years of elementary school. Active methodologies are presented as pedagogical strategies, aiming at a challenging, transformative and meaningful education, in which the student occupies the center of the teaching process as the main agent responsible and committed to the construction of knowledge. The great challenge of teaching Mathematics has been to insert the student as a protagonist in the learning process, in this sense, a proposal is presented to introduce the content of Similarity of Triangles using the active methodologies of the inverted classroom, through a collaboration tool and a problem-based learning.
