In order to work towards the conditions of a healthy school diet, it is important to understand how families choose their food, as well as their habits and forms of sustainable consumption, which is a relevant study so that later it is possible to obtain the elements that will allow food education to be carried out. and Nutrition with families and schoolchildren effectively. The research has an interface in education and applicability that considers the development of sustainable sociocultural interdisciplinary practices in the arts, urbanities that contribute to possibilities of action in the world, in the fields of education, communication, new pedagogical practices and forms and the popularization of knowledge.
