SUMMARY:

This research presents a record of practical experiments in action research
research-action in the field of Environmental Education, aiming to raise environmental awareness in the
Municipal Ecological Park of the Serra do Lenheiro, in São João del-Rei, Minas Gerais.
Considering the political and social context of the period in which this research was conducted, the
practical experiments sought ways to interact and inform different groups of people who interact with the
with the Serra do Lenheiro, revealing important considerations about the interaction between people and the

The results and developments of the experiments contributed to the construction of
library of data about the studied territory. In order to be able to share the data
