SUMMARY:

Concern about environmental issues is growing, becoming increasingly prominent in society. It is important to keep in mind that these issues will have impacts on both short, medium and long term and will influence the world as a whole. Environmental Education emerges as a viable option for cultivating an ecologically conscious individual, whose Worry extends beyond your own self to the environment in which you live. This promotes the construction of an environmental identity, enabling it to act as a catalyst for changes in environmental preservation. Thus, the complexity of the role of the teacher, since it requires the development of pedagogical strategies that awaken the interest of students and that also guarantee the consolidation of the knowledge acquired. A The use of innovative methodological approaches and technologies can present itself as a method to be explored, placing the student as the protagonist of the educational process, promoting their inclusion, reflection and autonomy in the construction of their learning. Thus, this research aims to investigate the creative processes used with students in the 5th year of Elementary School, specifically in the initial years, with the purpose of implement the teaching of Environmental Education (EE). As a result of this research, it is expected determine whether these methods are effective in engaging, sparking interest, promoting participation and raise awareness among students regarding the environmental issues addressed.
