Public Projects, Project Management Maturity, Public administration
Since the 1990s, the public sector has been trying to implement management tools used in the private sector to improve the provision of its services. Project management is one of these widely used tools, which makes it possible to carry out activities to achieve institutional objectives. Studies show that it is possible to identify the level of maturity in project management in organizations through the application of a maturity model. Thus, the objective of this research is to assess the level of maturity in project management at the Federal University of São João del-Rei, based on the perception of servers involved in project management at the institution. The research can be classified as quantitative and descriptive. To achieve the proposed objective, the Project Management Maturity Model questionnaire Prado-MMGP will be applied.
