This dissertation aims to analyze two scenic experiments carried out at the university level, entitled “Kandenge - the singer of a Brazilian history” and “Confere”, taking as a reference the elements and perspectives of the worldview of religions of Central African origin in Brazil, focusing on the investigation of the cosmovision of these religions as a set of knowledge and signs that provide other possibilities for the construction of the theatrical scene and in this sense, the research develops from the analysis of the formation of the Candomblé cosmography of Nação Angola in Brazilian territory as a process of constant negotiations between their perspectives and other cultural perspectives during the Afro-diasporic movement. Thus, when looking at the investigation of the Angolan Candomblé worldview as a base of knowledge that can provide other forms for the construction of the scene, this research seeks to foster a dialogue between this religiosity that was established in the Brazilian Northeast and other forms of manifestations religious also from the Central African peoples, who developed in other regions of Brazil, drawing a comparative picture between these practices and the religiosities practiced in Central Africa.
