If that shadow was mine Luminous scenic poetics in urban settings
Shadow theater, urban intervention, universal design.
This theoretical-practical research proposes artistic interventions in unconventional spaces with shadow theater, using architecture as a scenic framework. Through a cartography, the proposal aims to reflect on the construction process of these interventions in the city, artistic actions that are born from the extension project "Design for All: proposals for an inclusive world", whose first objective is to raise awareness of the need for a society plural and accessible to everyone. Both the aesthetic aspects of creations made with shadows and their political effectiveness as a discursive medium are considered. Finally, we also seek to map the unfolding of these creations in proposals for shadow theater games, where people not only act as spectators, but can themselves think and act creatively about their place.
