SUMMARY:

The financial market has been attracting an increasing number of people. It is notorious the increase in the number of financial entities, Fintechs, digital influencers and the amount of advertisements that we follow every day, whether on open TV or browsing the internet. The capital market has been consolidating itself as an important source of financing for the real estate sector. The primary and secondary markets for shares in real estate investment funds (REITs) have long shown the strength of this segment of the capital market, showing resilience in periods of weak macroeconomic performance, and quickly moving forward with the first signs of improvement in growth expectations. economic. Real estate fund managers and administrators, who have been following the market’s progress and expansion since 2017, are now observing a faster pace of market development, resulting in new funding and structuring of new funds. In 2020, a variety of real estate investment sectors became possible for FIIs, such as corporate, shopping malls, logistics warehouses, corporate slabs in addition to hospitals, cemeteries and residential funds. This work aims to build a platform to support the analysis of real estate funds. This task will be done through the application of data visualization techniques, complex networks and computational intelligence. For this, a collection of documents will be carried out on the basis of the CVM and its organization in order to allow extracting the information of interest to the researchers for later presentation on a WEB platform.
