THE STUDENT TRADE AND YOUTH CULTURE IN CONTEMPORARY EDUCATION: THE HIGH SCHOOL EDUCATION IN QUESTION

Secondary education has challenges and particularities, among which we highlight the need to a willingness to learn, which presupposes the internalization of educational practices. We used, especially, Mestiça Philosophy (1993), Polegarzinha (2013) and Tempo de Crise (2017). In order to understand the relationship between today's teenagers and the Brazilian school, based on laws, articles, books and guiding documents that address the theme, highlighting the works of José G. Sacristán (2003); Ana Paula Corti (2014); Thomas S. Popkewitz (1994); Paulo Carrano and Juarez Dayrell (2014); Aldimara Boutin and Karen Silva (2018) and Pierre Lévy (1999). We also carried out a field survey, inspired by the focus group methodology and analyzed from the cartography propositions, with second-year high school students at the Garcia de Lima State School, located in the municipality of São João del-Rei. Thus, we echoed in this dissertation, which aims to central elements listening and recognizing the individuality of students, some of youth voices.
